Nicholas Marmarou had lived in Margate and Williamstown and finally made roots and fell in love with the community in Westampton, New Jersey. He comes from a background of 19 years in Education and brings the ability to effectively communicate and educate when working with his real estate clients.

Nicholas Marmarou attended La Salle University and earned a B.A. in Communication, and his skills in multi media video production give him a unique insight into how to visually tell a story, promote and market.

Nicholas Marmarou has also owned and managed an award winning video production business and has earned real-life experience in video marketing, promotion and production, building and maintaining client relationships and sales making him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.

Nicholas Marmarou entered the Real Estate world in order to educate people through the home buying and selling process, and provide a positive experience when working with a realtor.

Nicholas Marmarou is happily married and lives in Westampton, NJ with his wife and three kids. He spends his free time watching sports, eating cheesesteaks, and hiking (to burn off calories from the cheesesteak).
